Why Team Building

Most companies realise staff are their most important asset, and creative methods are most effective in recognising group dynamics and providing insight.

Team Building is particularly effective when:

• Integrated in away days – (If you are looking for a venue to host meetings away from the office, not only can Stratford Circus provide the boardroom space, we can also arrange a number of short ‘breakout’ activities to encourage participation).

Our packages

Team Building: Problem Solving

Involves a wide range of activities.  For example, ones that are skill based, such as model building and construction.  Other activities are scenario based, such as the survival games.  All the mentioned above are good for team work, motivation, developing leadership skills, lateral thinking, time management and decision making.

Team Building: Creative

Involves taking part in creative workshops, depending on what your interests are.  For example:

• Dance Skills
  Hip hop/street – learning basic moves, putting together a short dance.  Good for building confidence - it’s unusual and fun.

• Music Skills
  DJing – You will be surprised how easy this is!
  Good for exploring untapped creativity.

• Creating a Short Film
  The team is split into two; cast and camera crew.  Good for building partnership work, learning how to operate filming equipment and building technical knowledge.

• Voice Coaching
  Includes breathing exercises, learning how to project your voice, be expressive and building confidence in your speech.

• Make-Up Special Effects
  Learn how to apply dramatic make up and how special effects are created.  Good for stimulating creativity.

• Visual
  Create own design and produce your work using mixed-media.  Great fun, and be totally expressive.
