Theatre Venture

Theatre Venture offers theatre and media opportunities for young people in Newham, through training and performance classes and projects.

TV brings in professional and non-professional theatre makers and artists together in dynamic ways: through touring theatre, festivals, workshops, community projects and training. It creates high quality, challenging, inspirational programmes and projects – always ensuring that diversity, young people and the communities are at the heart of all their work.

As they enter their 25th year, Theatre Venture continues to be extremely successful in presenting fully inclusive multi-media theatre experiences, confronting issues ranging from surviving cancer to ending hoax calls, from the 2012 Olympics to coping with teenage pregnancy, from facilitating NHS management training to representing Great Britain at international festivals.
